Car and the Yellow Sign

I spotted this car with one of the yellow signs that read, 'With Money You Could Buy Road, But Not Safety'. So I thought that was true. But I was later disappointed to see that the driver was talking on the phone while driving. How stupid was that?

If you still need to talk on the phone, move over to the side. But remember to indicate that you are moving to the side; there was one time the car in front of me suddenly braked and moved to the side. As much as I appreciated his action to move over, his action was actually as dangerous as talking on the phone while driving. So, be considerate to other road users.
